Time for your complex world
In everyday professional life, there is often neither the time nor the inner clarity to address complex and urgent challenges with the focus they require.
I provide you with that time — along with my professional perspective, decades of experience, a fresh and creative mindset, thoroughness, and a solution- and resource-oriented approach.
Together, we analyze and develop a clear understanding of the relevant conditions, structures and dynamics of your situation. From a professional perspective, I help you make sense of your current situation and your desired future state, making patterns, influencing factors and options visible — for you and together with you.
On this basis, we develop viable, creative solutions that align with your resources. In times of change, I support you personally, guide your clarification and decision-making processes, and enable a structured and effective implementation — to the extent that you need it.
When you need it, how you need it, and only for as long as you need it.

Clarifying your goals and requirements
I work with you and on your behalf to clarify and structure your goals and requirements.
This is precisely my focus: to gather goals and requirements thoroughly yet efficiently, to question and interpret them, to place them in a psychological context, to prioritize them, to assess complexity, to simplify where appropriate, and to communicate them clearly.
On this basis, I develop solutions that truly meet your goals and requirements — while meaningfully integrating both your experts and the collaboration with technical systems.
Even when time is limited and progress needs to be fast, it is essential to invest sufficient time at the beginning: to develop a genuine understanding of the situation, to establish a solid foundation, and to set the first decisive course. What can be reasonably clarified at the outset should be clarified.
Even in agile environments, the initial gathering of goals and requirements should be sufficiently thorough and not — under the guise of agility — overly superficial; otherwise, one risks moving quickly in the wrong direction. I ensure that these early, critical processes are both sufficiently thorough and at the same time transparent, efficient, and effective.

Solutions for a better outcome
I offer creative solutions that align with your goals and requirements.
In my decades of experience, I have found that the solution to a problem often already lies within the situation itself.
The more precise the analysis, the more clearly patterns, inconsistencies, necessities and opportunities emerge. Especially during the phase of defining goals and requirements, I question what may seem given — both from a factual and a psychologically grounded perspective.
I think in terms of processes, data flows and structures, immerse myself in your domain-specific requirements, understand IT, and develop a clear picture of possible future developments. I am able to grasp complexity and at the same time reduce it to a level that makes it communicable.
This is how coherent, viable concepts emerge — which I present in a way that is both clear and sophisticated, in a straightforward and focused exchange with you, leading to solutions that truly fit your needs.

Bridging the gap between business and IT
Between the requirements of business units and the implementation by IT, there is often a frustrating gap marked by misunderstandings, friction and lack of engagement. Even established agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban or user stories do not, by themselves, prevent suboptimal outcomes.
Many domain experts find it challenging to clearly articulate their needs to IT, while IT teams often struggle to fully grasp the perspective of the business side. What is often missing is that one person in the project who takes the time to look closely, applies a well-founded perspective, and translates — both analytically and psychologically — what the business truly needs, what constitutes a sustainable solution, and who is willing to initiate, navigate and consolidate the necessary discussions.
I provide this communicative bridge between business requirements and IT implementation — particularly in early project phases and, if needed, throughout the process — to enable shared understanding, clear orientation and sound decisions.

Coaching and sparring for you
You may primarily be looking for a constructive exchange and well-founded professional support for your topics and your situation.
I am happy to support you in your specific questions, topics and projects — providing reflective and methodologically grounded guidance, always with you and your goals at the center.
Regardless of your field, I can act as your reflective sparring partner: I provide feedback, challenge concepts and materials from an external perspective, contribute ideas, identify blockages or inconsistencies, and support you methodically in gaining clarity and making sound decisions — always focused on your topics and your objectives.
Typical areas of focus may include an important presentation or proposal, a decision between two software solutions, a review of your external communication — such as your website or other media — or the development of a new business idea. I also support you in matters related to company growth, for example in establishing a meaningful approach to people development or implementing quality management.

Selected services
Depending on the specific challenge, I offer reflective and analytically grounded support, for example in the form of:
- Analysis, feedback and, where appropriate, recommendations regarding materials, concepts, processes and external communication
- Reflection on domain-specific requirements for software concepts and the representation of data models
- An external perspective on ongoing development processes to clarify goals, roles, expectations and communication pathways
- Structural analysis and data evaluation, including support in selecting meaningful metrics and reporting structures
- Support for survey projects, for example in questionnaire design, conceptual development and interpretation of results
- Reflection on and further development of training concepts
- Orientation and decision support for next steps in projects — including beyond the core consulting phase
- Support in growth processes, for example in the development of people and quality structures from an analytical and organizational perspective
-
Areas of particular expertise
Through my work across a wide range of projects, I have developed subject-matter expertise and confidence in areas including:
- Software project management, design and implementation
- Data protection and responsible handling of data
- Quality management
- Data analysis, metrics and reporting structures
- Change processes and change management in organizations
- Growth processes in companies
- Tendering processes and formal requirements, including in the public sector
- Case documentation and case management, particularly in social services
- Career development and leadership
- Work–life balance, equality and diversity
- Childcare, daycare centers and family day care
- Community engagement and volunteer work
In all of these areas, there are specialists with far deeper subject expertise than mine. What I offer is the ability to navigate these topics with confidence, quickly grasp interconnections, and provide clear orientation — while ensuring that the right expertise is brought in at the right time.
-
Scope and what I intentionally leave to others
Due to the wide range of inquiries, I would like to clearly outline which types of projects I do not take on:
- “Pure” software development in the sense of programming or technical implementation
- Pure project management focused solely on organizational execution or rollout — without the need for analytical clarification of goals, requirements or conceptual questions
- Projects in which the key stakeholders do not seek external reflection or an independent professional perspective
