My working approach

Fortunately, people are different: where others may feel overwhelmed by processes that seem hopelessly tangled or believe an IT project has reached a dead end, I feel a genuine sense of curiosity and motivation to work with you in restoring clarity and identifying viable solutions.

I am happy to bring this enthusiasm for complex challenges, along with my energy, expertise and experience, to support you in your work.

I am particularly interested in engaging projects and in working with people who value a respectful and collaborative environment in which meaningful solutions can emerge.

The specific approach, as well as the methods and techniques applied, are always tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.

Clarifying the specific mandate:

• What is your challenge, your need, your objective?

Collecting, structuring and analyzing all relevant information related to your situation

Clarifying and structuring requirements and expectations

Developing consistent, needs-based approaches and solution pathways

Reflecting on and critically reviewing solution concepts together with relevant stakeholders

Supporting and guiding implementation, including — where appropriate — bringing in my in-depth external perspective on aspects such as system development, materials, training, optimization cycles and evaluation, in order to create clarity and enable progress tailored to your situation

Closing the mandate:

• Jointly reviewing whether your objectives have been achieved
• Reflecting on your satisfaction with my work
• Exchanging feedback and capturing key lessons learned

Of course, I work in line with your existing processes — for example within agile frameworks such as Scrum — and make use of your established tools, such as your project management software. Specific details, such as access and licensing, are clarified as needed.

I work both on-site and remotely, always in close and collaborative partnership with your key contacts and teams.

If required, I involve trusted collaboration partners in the project.

I am also able to conduct my consulting work entirely in English.

Due to the wide range of inquiries, I would like to clearly outline which types of projects I do not take on:

• “Pure” software development in the sense of programming or technical implementation
• Pure project management focused solely on organizational execution or rollout — without the need for analytical clarification of goals, requirements or conceptual questions
• Projects in which the key stakeholders do not seek external reflection or an independent professional perspective
